Year 6 PRAISE Event Today, our Year 6 students took part in their termly PRAISE Event, a special moment where they bring along a piece of work they are truly proud of and share it with staff. Geography in Action! Our brilliant 6A students have been busy bringing the landscape to life by building their own contour models. Using layers to represent height and carefully adding contour lines, they explored how geographers understand and map the shape of the land. From hills to valleys, the models helped them visualise elevation in a handson, creative way. National Year of Reading in Style – Traitors Update It is with heavy hearts that we announce our first fallen Faithful... Miss Dunbar has been murdered by the Traitors. Our brilliant messenger, Isla, once again roamed the corridors to deliver the chilling news, and she'll return next Tuesday with the identity of the next victim... More sad news for the Faithfuls: They have had their first vote and, unfortunately, banished one of their own. Mr Mason, who was revealed to be, and has always been, a faithful. But remember: this whole game is part of our National Year of Reading in Style celebration! Students can take part in a non-fiction reading task this week in order to win shields for their favourites. Faithfuls - work hard for those shields! Celebrating Success at Our Year 5 Praise Event! On Friday, our Year 5 students took part in a wonderful 'Creating Futures' moment during our Term Praise Event. Each student brought along a piece of work they are truly proud of, something that reflects their effort, progress, and passion. They shared their work with staff, discussed their learning journey, and in return received a small gift as recognition of their hard work.
